Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation request
If you sign up for Northfy and find that it's not a perfect fit, please cancel by emailing invite@northfy.com with:
1. Your ID or Passport
2. Last 4 digits of the card on file
3. Last billing date
4. Your email
5. Your account's link

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period provided that the request was made in accordance with these cancellation instructions. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request. Please make sure to use the format previously described as cancellations are processed automatically.


Refund request
You may be eligible for a refund if you canceled your subscription during the free trial, didn't receive the service due to technical errors or a pricing restructuring. Northfy's Terms of Service.
